Together, they bring complementary strengths: Lynne offers decades of pet-industry knowledge, innovation and client guidance, while Sara provides the operational leadership and steady execution that turn ideas into action.
Their shared approach is warm, practical and personal—focused on helping pet professionals move their businesses forward with confidence.
Meet Lynne Allen
Lynne Allen is Vice President and co-founder of Pet Connects. Previously Owner and President of Tool Klean, Inc.. Lynne has spent more than 30 years working throughout the pet industry—as a groomer, salon and boarding-kennel owner, product developer, educator and business leader. Having owned, managed and worked in 12 grooming salons, she understands firsthand the challenges pet professionals face each day.
Her work has helped introduce safer, more efficient practices to the grooming industry. Drawing on advanced training in restorative drying, moisture control and indoor air quality, Lynne educated salon owners about non-heat drying methods and healthier working environments. She also helped develop practical equipment solutions designed to improve comfort, safety and productivity for groomers and the pets in their care.
Today, Lynne is an AKC judge and a Dachshund Club of America-approved mentor for new judges. Through Pet Connects, she brings together her business experience, industry knowledge and lifelong commitment to dogs to help pet professionals build healthier, more efficient and successful businesses.
Meet Sara Lemish
Sara Lemish is President and co-founder of Pet Connects. Previously Vice President of Tool Klean, Inc., Sara brings extensive experience in the operational side of running a small business.
She provides the essential behind-the-scenes leadership that turns plans into action, overseeing logistics, purchasing and procurement, human resources, order fulfillment and financial operations. Her organization, resourcefulness and attention to detail help keep Pet Connects—and the businesses it supports—moving forward.
